At Cherwell & Co, every piece is crafted with care. As our items are made to order, our return policy reflects the bespoke nature of our collections.
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order items are:
• Non-returnable
• Non-refundable
• Non-exchangeable
Unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence must be provided
• The item must remain in its delivered condition
Upon review, Cherwell & Co may:
• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Offer a partial or full refund
Remedies are provided in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
3. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
• Natural material variations
• Minor colour differences due to screen display
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care
