1. Nature of Made-to-Order Products
All bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order items are manufactured specifically to the specifications approved by the customer. This includes (but is not limited to):
• Dimensions
• Materials and finishes
• Fabrics and upholstery selections
• Colours and stains
• Design modifications
Once approved and confirmed, these specifications form part of a binding agreement.
2. Measurements & Site Access
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:
• All provided measurements are accurate
• The item will fit through doorways, corridors, lifts, staircases, and into the intended space
• Adequate access is available for delivery
If delivery fails due to space constraints or inaccurate measurements, additional delivery or return charges may apply.
3. Production Timeline
Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Material availability
• Supplier delays
• Artisan production processes
• Force majeure events
Delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
4. Deposits & Payments
Made-to-order furniture requires:
• Full payment at time of order.
Once production has begun, payments are strictly non-refundable.
5. Changes & Cancellations
• Changes may only be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Once materials are ordered or production has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
6. Natural Variations
Due to the use of natural materials:
• Variations in grain, veining, tone, and texture are expected
• Each piece will be unique
• Slight dimensional tolerances (typically ±1–3 cm) may occur
These characteristics are not defects.
