We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (or other agreed currencies where applicable).

• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records.
• All refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.
Online purchases may also be subject to the terms of our payment service providers.
5. Pricing & VAT
• All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of VAT in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
• VAT will be itemised on purchase invoices.
In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Cherwell & Co reserves the right to cancel or amend the order and will notify you promptly.

Images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only.
While we strive to present products accurately, variations in colour, texture, and tone may occur due to:

• Natural material characteristics
• Minor differences shall not be considered defects.
7. Natural Materials
Many of our pieces incorporate natural materials such as marble or other stones, wood veneers, and fabrics.
As a result:
• Each piece may vary in grain, pattern, or tone
• Natural knots, mineral markings, and surface variations may occur
• No two items will be identical
These variations are inherent to natural materials and form part of the design character. Returns based solely on natural variation will not be accepted.
8. Availability
All products and materials are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable or production is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.
9. Warranty
Furniture
We provide a one-year limited warranty on furniture items covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty:
• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorised alterations
• Does not cover normal wear and tear
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Governing Law
Cherwell & Co is domiciled in the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.
11. Use of Website
You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent
