Cherwell & Co. is a UAE based furniture retail and e-commerce company, offering high quality, made to order custom furniture pieces.
The website, www.cherwellandco.com, is owned and operated by CHERWELL FZCO (Dubai Branch) a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade License Number: 743096).
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We work hard to meet all our committed dates for manufacture and delivery. If there are any delays (due to material availability or other issues) we will contact you and work to deliver the items as soon as possible, Cherwell & Co furniture is delivered by our own staff and is limited to delivery to site only.
We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery, and someone should be available to grant access and to inspect items at the time of delivery. Any damages or issues must be notified immediately so please ensure someone is available.
Once your items are ready, we will arrange swift delivery – if there is a delay in client’s ability to take receipt of items Cherwell & Co. may need to charge storage fees calculated weekly.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on whether you’re purchasing our custom made to order furniture pieces or a ready-made piece (identified as ‘Available now’ on our website).
Our made to order furniture pieces take up to 4 weeks, and our ready-made furniture will be delivered within 5-7 days (subject to public holidays etc).
Delivery lead time varies by product so if multiple items are ordered you will have the option to ship as they are ready or combined into a single delivery.
We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 3-hour window of time in which to deliver and install your items. Sometimes things out of our control may delay your delivery and we will always keep you updated on progress. Sometimes the custom, pieces are available sooner than the estimated timeframe.
Shipping Terms
- Cherwell & Co. currently deliver our products within the UAE only.
- Delivery charges vary by number of items and location – all will be detailed on the website and confirmed back immediately after orders are placed.
- Any access passes to communities or buildings required must be arranged by customer in advance of delivery.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that furniture pieces can be delivered as complete assembled units (except beds and headboards all furniture is fully assembled before delivery).
- Please inform us of any requirement to access using lifts or staircases so we can ensure the items can be delivered to you. We will always try and find a way to make this possible and may in these cases send the furniture to be assembled on site.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the area for delivered furniture is clear and accessible.

International Shipping
Should you want Cherwell & Co delivered internationally this can be arranged using third party shipping agents. This can be arranged by the customer and we are happy to provide size and weight of pieces or it can be arranged by Cherwell & Co with associated documentation charges being paid for by the customer. It will be the customers responsibility to clear the items through customs in the delivery country. We will supply paperwork only for this.
